Just fill in the actual address where they reside, add at the bottom of the release a note with the PO box adress.

I got a response from Nikitu on Dreamstime now as well.  They said.

You have to specify the reason why there is a PO box instead of a normal address on your model release. Editors can't know this.
Also please contact us by email if you require more information.

On the map there is no number or anything. Some of the larger roads have numbers but not the smaller ones.

It doesn't matter though, Dreamstime gave a good solution.  You just have to state the reason why there is no address and it will be OK.

When I was much younger I worked on a couple Sask history books and the locations (the home quarter) were stated as coordinates of latitude and longitude - which never really meant much to me - or simply "we moved into the old Taylor farm in '69".

Leaf, I seem to remember having this exact conversation 3 or 4 years ago. 

I know that this is a DT specific thread, but wasn't there a thread not too long ago that IS has relaxed their "no post office box" rule?

Maybe we "rural" photographers will need to make box to be initialed for P.O. Box Models where we can add a line like:

I cannot provide a street address on this Release as I reside on an unnamed road in a rural area in the municipality of ________________________ , in the Province of ______________________.   All correspondence should be directed to the post office box indicated above.

It must be pure hell for emergency services when there is a heart attack or a farm accident!
