Urgh! about $5 has gone from my Dreamstime earnings with no explanation ?????

How can anyone here help? You need to contact them. If you are just complaining make sure you come back with an explanation after you find out what the problem was.

sometimes that can happen because a customer buys your image then makes some lame excuse afterward and wants their money back. Happens all the time. I am sure they have downloaded it by that time and gotten it for free. But in anycase DT will take the money back out of your account.

DT denied any money had been taken but I def had more in my account.
