Stephan:
I am planing to upload 10k photos and 20k videos to Dreamstime

Is it worth doing it? What is your feedback regarding other sites?

Basically, what she said.  I do not have videos on DT but I have about 3500 images.  I make about $300 a year. I used to make almost that a month.  Other people with better ports might make more but here's a starting point for you.  So, from my own personal experience I would not spend the time uploading there, especially video as DT is not known as a go-to for video.

Here are my numbers of the last 3 years - maybe this helps:

-> Shutterstock: 27.92%
-> AdobeStock:  24.39%
-> IStock: 16.04%
-> Dreamstime: 8.17%
-> WireStock: 5.46%
-> Pond5: 5.19%
The remaining 12.86% are shared between: Alamy, DepositPhotos, 123rf, BigStock, MostPhotos, EyeEM, IndivStock, OhnMyPrints, DesignBundles, YayImages

I have a portfolio of about 25.000 images and 1.500 videos and never sold a single video at Dreamstime, but photos do sell - most for $0.38, some for $2.20 and rarely sales between $10 and $20.

Firn:
If you are embedding your metadata directly in your photos or a using some kind of micros stock submitting service and it's just a matter of uploading the photos and clicking "submit", Dreamstime might be worth the little bit of extra money as it means no real additional work. Otherwise it might not be worth the effort. I make on Dreamstime in a year what I make with some other agencies in a month. But if it means no additional work, it's still nice "pocket money" once in a while. Just don't expect any big money from them.
