and I've made a whopping $.35 this month to continue this NIGHTMARE!

if they had accepted similars, it would be 35cts times the number of approved similars ;)
i think dreamstime has gone noddy nod and is no more than a social-media, collecting likes for fb !!!

Are you one of the guys that would do the same tomato from a hundred angles - do you think that a buyer on a site that would accept them all would buy all 100?

DT actually beat SS for me this month. One less sale than June but RPD up 70% and earnings up 60% (Spoiler alert: SS did poorly for me this month so DT wasn't great though it was even with last July and better than expected for a summer month).

I'm wondering if subs were a bad idea all around both for DT as well as for us. Alamy licensed two of my photos to the DK Eyewitness Guide to New England 2014 and in looking through the credits I noticed that along with Corbis, Getty, and the usual traditional outlets, DT was the only micro site they used. It would be interesting to know if they're still paying with credits or, given the vast number of photos they must purchase, if they've changed to subs there. Here's the credits page in case anyone has a photo in there: http://tinyurl.com/p5nxpee
(You can see one of mine on p.172 - full page. I only have it on Alamy and a few small trads in Europe, so I made a decent amount, though less than half of what I would have gotten for a full page photo a few years back).
