Title: Not sure about "exclusive image"

I have an image that has sold for a mere 42 cents yet it states that it is an exclusive sale. I never listed it as exclusive. It isn't exclusive. I have tried to edit it by the ticked box "exclusive" can't be removed.

You must have clicked in the exclusive check box when submitting, by mistake. To get it off exclusive, send a mail to support asking for it to be taken off exclusive. They take it off exclusive after 30 days. I once set an image to exclusive by mistake, but I realised my error straight away and emailed support about the error straight away and they took it off exclusive, the image was exclusive only for a day or two though, urs sounds like it has been exclusive for longer. Not sure what will happen with you, you could be sent packing back to istock with slapped knuckles.  :D
