Hi guys,

was wondering your thought on this one:

Ive been submitting with the Istock release for over a year now...and today DT decided to reject my pics be cause the release stated:

"governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada".

O and the funny thing is, it was a batch of 10 images...9 got rejected 1 approved...

Anyways, my question is:

Should i bother arguing with them, or simply reupload?

Cheers,

Simply re-upload.  The same happended to me after uploading dozens of images with the same release they suddenly realized that it said Istock in small print at the bottom and rejected some.
After you have uploaded the new one write to support and get them to assign all your images using the old release to the new release or they won't all show up in the section where you can see more images by the same model.

Boy, that's a thourough reviewer.  Where are you located?  Would YOU like to travel to Calgary Alberta Canada to attend arbitration?    It won't help you with this person's release, but you should consider reading through the release (Istock's obviously) and inserting your own language into future releases.

Same rejection for me today ""governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada"
First picture was accepted with this notice added and the others pictures was rejected.

Maybe rub out this sentence can fix the problem, no?

Same thing here, i forgot to remove the stockxpert from the top, which was fine i removed it and re-uploaded it and they refused it again because they wanted more info on the witness and photographer. I created a new model release with the info they wanted and DT was fine with it but the funny thing is i have other photos using the same release that they have accepted
