Have you ever tried reverting a rejection in DT? How? Did it work? I've sent emails to support@dreamstime.com a couple of times and never received any reply.

I've contacted them twice...the first time they responded, the second time they did not. Both times they approved some of the rejected photos. Just keep checking your portfolio. Their answer will show up eventually.

Agreed. Just resubmit it if you think it should have been accepted. That is likely the quickest and easiest way for them and you.

Does the resubmit form allow you to offer the reason why you're contesting the rejection? I didn't see one.
The reason I ask is because the two times I wrote support, it was to contest mass rejections of a particular subject. The first rejection was for copyrights or trademarks on signs, but after a lot of research I discovered they are not copyrighted or trademarks. The second rejection was for too many photos on site of the subject (rosemary). I looked and only found 15 photos of rosemary.

they want to see the updated image not eloquent words ...

I am not talking about resubmitting - I know how to do it - but to reverse a rejection. IS has Scout (I have one ticket pending for over a month though), StockXpert and BigStock reply by email, agreeing or not with my explanation. DT however doesn't say anything.

one of my first submissions, I got 'we have too many like this' for a sturts desert pea (an iconic australian flower) on the standard review emails and being very new at the time and not realising there are probably procedures for this , I just hit reply, and basically said that I did a search and you don't have any like it, you dont have any at all, and this one is really nice. they didn't respond but the image was live about a day later.

I contacted support twice in DT asking more details on the rejection reason (so I didn't contested the rejection in itself). Both of the time DT support gave me a deeper explaination and both of the times the files went live with very little modifications toward the directions DT pointed out.

Is there a way they can tell if the image has been updated if a different reviewer sees it after resubmission?

I don't know if they do that, but it would be easy to do by software.
