Title: Request Payment Pending for Investigation

I went to request payment today and got this message from DT. Does this mean most like fraudulent purchase?

Payment: Not enough earnings.
The following licenses are still under investigation.
The image id XXXXXXXX with the amount $13.36 has the expiration date on 2017-09-08 14:44:56

Not necessarily. Bigger purchases sometimes just take a bit of time to clear with them, had it many times before. Don't worry.

Extended licenses have always taken 7 days to clear (so cannot be included in payments). I don't remember the wording, but I don't recall it including "investigation" - but their English is always a little atypical. Are these some type of EL?
