Looks like it's down again...was in the middle of a search, looking for some images to buy for a t-shirt design. <sigh>

Down again. I barely managed to get a fraction of newly uploaded photos online and the site is down before they get a chance to start selling. With SS sales down today, it doesn't look good at all :(

Yup, just managed to sneak in to see 3 new sales and it went down again right after that. I wonder how many sales I lost, since those 3 were from the same series...

ETA I just found out the refund was for another image, since someone in that short window of site being online bought a couple more, got refunded for a med or large sized purchase and later on bought max sized image. All is well :)

Having a terrible month on DT so far, no sales for days (not the norm), then with the outages today, got a sale! Weird...

I donīt understand really.. this happens many many times every month.. how hard is to manage a website?
I never run into problems with DT being down but they did mention on their home page that they would be down for 60 - 90 minutes on the 15th for some maintenance. The periodic outages may be related to problems with whatever they did yesterday. I can't get in right now but it's the first time I've run into a problem.

I believe you arenīt openning as much as I am, not a month that this doesnīt happen, sometimes its only 5 min but it does happen
edited: they could at least have a message to buyers, looks like a website that doesnīt exist

And again... :o It's been offline a few times past this last week again. I've never seen a site with so much downtime. And I've been just suggesting DT, among others, as an IS alternative to a couple of buyers. I hope they didn't find it offline, I'm pretty sure they won't bother with them if the first visit turned out so wrong

again...Man this outages are happening frequently on multiple sites lately. Have they become so greedy that they've cut the IT/server update funding as well :o . I really don't know what they're thinking, collections filled with crap, prices rising, royalties falling and now this on top of everything :s . Until a big player like Google steps in and buries them all, including Getty

Any relation to my sales being down to the server being down :-\ If so, the server has been down for over a month now...
