Has anyone else tried to request a Dreamstime payout in the last couple of days?
If you have had an EL sale you can't request that money for 7 days. Normally this isn't a problem. I just deduct the amount of the EL from the total I am requesting.
For the past couple of days, though, I have been unable to change the request and ask for a lesser amount of money. I have tried in both IE and Firefox, and from two different computers without success. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the amount requested.
Contacted Support yesterday but so far no answer and it still isn't fixed.
Theoretically, if one was (un)lucky enough to get an EL every week they could NEVER request their money.
If anyone has a suggestion for a workaround I am all ears...

Hmm, not sure. When I try and request a payout I still get the option to fill in the amount. Has that totally disappeared for you or what?
Is your current amount possibly under the $100 limit when you subtract the EL

Yes, the option still appears. Have you tried typing in the box where the amount shows? I can't type in it or change it, even though it looks like I should be able to.
And my current balance is over $300 even without the EL, so that isn't the problem.
I am totally mystified... :-\

Site updates have been doing odd things, one fix affects another area.

When companies train their customer service people, this is the number one rule in the book for dealing with customers. :)

Apparently the issue has been addressed. I was just able to request my payout and it automatically deducted the amount for the pending EL.
Looks like I will be getting my jam today after all ;D
