Title: We have to confirm payout requests now

When I went to request a payout this month, I noticed it said I needed to confirm my last month's payout request. When did all this happen?

I got an email asking for confirmation of a single payment a while ago and not for any payments since

I guess it all works because they paid both of them today. I just missed the change which I assume happened last month judging by the forum post.

making it more and more troublesome to get paid there...
ie if ever you do reach payout LOL

for this alone, i appreciate shutterstock...
as unhappy as i am with the drop of earnings, personally,
i at least know i don't have to f*rt around each time i reach payout
which is monthly.

Thanks for pointing that out.   The confirmation e-mail they sent me went to my spam mail box.  I was wondering why my balance remained over $100 even after I had asked for a payout in the usual way.

I also missed a payment because the confirmation email never reached my inbox (nor Spam folder either!!!).

Had to cancel the payment request and start all over to eventually receive the confirmation email.

Quite inconvenient...
