So. Yuri had this to say on his blog in July -

"...Posted by Yuri Arcurs on July 25, 2013

You might have noticed huge amounts of images being removed from micro subscription sites such as Shutterstock.com, Fotolia.com, Dreamstime.com etc."

All of his images are still on Dreamstime and one is even featured in the October newsletter.

I know that this has been discussed ad finitum but I thought they might be removed by now.  Whassup?

If his images are still selling, i dont imagine any of the sites are anxious to remove them and have a big hole in their collection. Sounds like Yuri gets to have his cake and eat it too. All it takes is money.

Yep.  If IS/Getty really cared they'd be pushing him to get them removed.  He must have some other special arrangement with the brain trust at GI, all while laughing at us "suckers", or whatever the word he used was.

Last time Yuri was in the forum I asked him why his images were still on dreamstime. He said he didn't know.

He actually said he was going to have his staff look into that. Either his staff is incompetent or he was lying.

What's a good-looking young man like you doing drinking 'jasmine tea' of a Saturday night? You can't be that skint surely?

ahah nightout/pints are quite expensive in this country, usually we drink inside but still expensive, yesterday had a rough night so today tea suits me well ;D

This post was made earlier, and surprisingly remained in the discussion forum for at least 8 hours before being deleted unanswered:
