everyone seems to 'raised' their vocie on the SS raise so this might sound a bit off the topic for now but anyone heard of anything (or even rumors)on the replacement of 5D, I notice a slight drop of price of exiting 5d could it be sign?

No announce yet. Even If I'm a Nikonist I wait impatiently to see if it's going to be 16mpx, what could make Nikon to produce also a 16 one. And this time a "pure" Nikon sensor and not a boosted Sony who doesn't impress me on the D300.
Anyway the new 5D announcement would be more interesting than this Shutterstock one but I don't expect it before the end of 2008 or 2009
