hi all,
If there is a way to export image in lightroom with desired dimension?
like i got this picture 4000x2000, i want to make it like 3000x2000, and even it will get distorted..lightroom since will remain the proportion.

It depends on what you want to do, coz what you explain is not resizing but cropping.
So do you want to resize or crop?
If you want to resize then you click export and then go to Image Resizing > choose pixels or width height. Fill out the values. i.e. 6mp or 3000x2000 but LR will keep aspect ratio locked.
If you want to crop then click the Crop Overlay symbol in DEVELOP tab. You can choose from the set ratios or put in a custom one and then you can crop to the required size.

because this camera naturally took a format slightly longer..like 2232x3968, it looks rectangular.. i was thinking trying to resize it to a more like normal ratio.. want to see if the distortion terrible..
I can do it in photoshop, but i wonder how to do it in lightroom? or there is no?

No, what you want to do is photo manipulation which cant be done in LR, you need to do that in PS.
