Current software for managing video portfolio?

Hi all, I have an established portfolio on P5 and am currently working on expanding that to multiple other sites (SS, IS, etc.). Does anybody know of any software that simplifies this process? I've looked at Prostockmaster (can't get it installed on my mac for some reason), and it looks like Cushy Stock is dead.
Are there any other possibilities out there?
