What is this? I just checked my earnings and the total number of $ had gone down. When I looked at the earnings page some of the images had a red text saying "not downloaded yet" and they were withdrawn from the total sum.

Some of the images were sold already in 2007 and now they are taken away from me?

I just checked and saw the same message.  I emailed Elena to get an explanation.

I can't seem to log on to the Featurepics forum, but I am having the same issue.  There does not seem to be a response to inquiries at this time.

I have the same issue.  Unbelieveable.  The thread has been online since yesterday and not a single response from management/Elena.  I was trying to decide whether to continue contributing, or possibly pull the plug.  I guess they are making the decision for me. 

I mean really...how can they take money away from your account on sales made months ago?  Forget needing a union.  What we need is a legal team.

I also have the same thing. How stupid. I hope they will solve this soon.

I received an email saying that they were updating the database.  My earnings are back.

An old thread, but I wanted to add an update.  I had an image in October with this "not downloaded yet" tag.  The 3-month period for the buyer to request a refund is over and I received my part of the non-existing sale.
