Title: *** Group of Thai people can't enter Fotolia website
Post by: WindyTai on July 06, 2013, 07:25
If there is any Fotolia staff here, please note that now many of members from Thailand can't enter Fotolia website.

When we try to enter the url or click any link involving Fotolia website. The browser said it is unable to connect (like there is no url exists).

Here is the error message from Firefox (I try to use other browser such as Chrome or IE... it still didn't work)
-------------------------

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.fotolia.com (http://www.fotolia.com).

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Savadee kup. I just logged on to Fotolia and contacted support about your problem and gave them a link to your post. You might post here when your problem is solved so that more people don't send them messages. Good luck.

it could also be the fact thailand has very poor internet and this is just part of the deal of living in thailand. they just got 3G and even then that is not available everywhere in the country, yet they are also selling full 4G. also maybe they are blocked for being one of the worst abusers of intellectual property in asia - especially of photos and software programs. The land of scams.
