I nominated a few of mine and just tried to check but the Adobe page only partially loads. I can see my photos but I get circling blue arrows under downloads, earnings, and 12-week trend.

I tried a few times, different browsers, and they have been circling for several minutes. Anyone else have this issue? If my nominations are live, I can't see them.

Hi Everyone,

You will soon see the toggle switch for "in review" files removed. This is for files that you had nominated for consideration into the Free collection, but were not accepted during the recent 2022 wave. I have confirmed there will be no additional waves of approvals for photos from the current group of nominated files.

Let me know if you have any questions,

Mat Hayward

Does that mean that all photos that have the status "in review" were not selected by Adobe and will go back into your normal portfolio?

Those files were already in your "normal portfolio." They will remain there. The only difference you'll see is the toggle switch indicating they are "in review" will be removed.

Thanks,

Mat

So there will not be a second wave this year like last year?

Thanks Mat for answering.

But thanks Adobe for nothing that none of my submitted photos were selected then. Maybe for the better :)

Just wondering.
Anyone else got zero photos selected by Adobe in this 2022 wave? Or am I the only poor sucker?

Of almost 400 requested, I only submitted about 50 photos with very few sales across ALL agencies, photos with very low global earnings.
I only got 2 selected. Not zero, but close.

This is because AS doesn't just want to pay $5 for random garbage (like my ~50 selection), but for photos that will attract customers.

Thanks Zero. Did the same, looked if any photos were doing well elsewhere and nominated the rest. But still I think there were some good photos in between, even with the very rare EL at Adobe. I guess they didn't select that many photos this time around or was it the same as last year? I just started then so I had just one photo eligible that was also taken then.

No more photos will be selected:

I have confirmed there will be no additional waves of approvals for photos from the current group of nominated files.

That's a surprise, knowing what quality work you do. I had 11 selected, but I'm a bit confused, because some are the same as last year, but some from last year, have disappeared. I don't know if they are re-selected or if they were part of the second wave and will soon be dropped.

I suppose I'll find out when I get paid? No complaints.

No, it does not make a difference for the selection proces, I guess. But if a well organised company, like Adobe, announces something, I expect it to happen. Otherwise it looks amateuristic and then I doubt the whole message and the company.
