I just found out there are many video watermark removers out there these days.  Unlike Pond5 and Shutterstock that let you download only half the HD resolution preview clip with watermark, Adobe Stock let everybody download full 4K or HD resolution preview clip in full length with watermark.  Watch this video of video watermark remover.

Also there are many videos out there showing how to remove watermark.

I don't sell videos on Adobe Stock anymore.  So, I'm not worried about my 4K or full HD videos downloaded with watermark and then watermark removed by somebody who may upload them to other sites.  Or anybody can download the 4k preview, remove watermark and use it and say "Oh, I bought the clip".  Stock agencies got to think about how to combat this problem.  Adobe Stock should stop full 4K or HD resolution preview download and reduce preview resolution to 1/2 HD at max.

If clips were proven to be stolen this way, there could be a massive class action lawsuit by contributors.  Got to prevent the potential disaster by limiting preview download to lower resolution.  I've never felt comfortable about full resolution preview download on Adobe Stock, but now the concern is real due to AI enhanced watermark removal out there.

Matt, could you respond to this and also let Adobe Stock know this serious concern???

 ::) ::) ::)

1. The video you are talking about has a very low bitrate and size, which means it is only suitable for web viewing. This is not the original quality video uploaded by the author.
2. If a person wants to steal a video, there are many torrent sites where you can download many videos for free.
3. There are many sites where you can download unlimited videos for $16 a month.
4. In order to legally use of a video, people want proof of purchase, they want to have proof that they bought it. That's why people pay money.

Do you think thieves care about all those things?  I don't think so.  And if people just use them for themselves, we'll never know they didn't pay for clips.  Good luck if you have your videos on Adobe Stock!!

Good news.  I've read comments on those videos.  Based on those comments, those softwares appears not to perfectly work yet.  They just blur the watermark and blend in with surrounding pixels  However, it's still a concern when a stock site give full 4K/HD resolution preview download with watermark.  The moment an AI software perfects this video watermark removal, thieves will be at it working 24/7 burning midnight oil.   Or, potentially they already downloaded full 4K watermarked preview videos of their choice for future use.  I hope not.

since AS oversell everyone else at the moment, there are not worries about this it is strange that they are doing that good, when I havent uploaded there for yearsand almost daily on P5 and not being satisfied with sales there it is not because the prices are high, something else is going on
