Tell us about the pricing policy of Adobe. Can all citizens of Russia use Adobe programs for free?
Citizens of which other countries can use Adobe programs for free? For example, - North Korea, Iran, Belarus?

On a not unrelated point, has anyone else noticed a LOT more artists seem to be from Belarus since the sanctions on Russia started  ???

It seems that they can't get any new subscriptions.
But if they got one already and it expired, it is renewed for free.
