I redemeed the code for the CC all apps, but i also have a plan for After Effects (annual, billed monthly).
Can i cancel (without penalties) the After Effects plan?

OK good luck. I asked around and it sounds like you may incur a penalty for early cancelation of your single app subscription. There is an FAQ at the bottom of the page I shared. This is a relevant statement for others with similar questions.

If your paid plan is different from the selected Creative Cloud bonus, it may make sense to delay the redemption until the paid plan is up for renewal, because otherwise both plans run in parallel and you may not get the benefit from the complimentary plan.

When I clicked on link there was the code but no option for which app I want to select. I'm assuming the app I'm using now will automatically be applied against the code. Or do I still have to select somewhere?

This answer found in the FAQ is the likely answer to your question. If you confirm your downloads in 2020 that should confirm this information for you.

The blue banner in your Contributor portal dashboard includes your personal URL to redeem your Creative Cloud bonus. If it takes you to a multi-product selection page, you had less than 5000 downloads. If you are prompted to sign in and get directly to the redemption page, you have qualified for the Creative Cloud All Apps plan.

I'm slightly confused.  It sounds like the blue banner will go away at some point?  My CC all apps renews on 2/11.  I want to wait until 2/10 to cancel that and use the code so I don't miss out on more than a day of paid use.  Will the blue bar still be there or do I need to follow the other instructions to redeem?

yes i have read about the penalty, but it�s not so bad compared to a full CC free for one year 😀

Hey Mat,

When I went to redeem the code I had a glitch with my internet connection. I had to shut down and reboot.  When I logged back on to redeem the code it said the code has already been redeemed however, I never selected which plan I wanted.  Who should I contact to help me with this?

As is mentioned in the FAQ, once a selection has been made for a single app, that selection is final and cannot be changed. To see what active subscription(s) you have right now, visit Adobe.com and check the Account Overview section.

I'm subscribed to all apps and I get the single app bonus from Adobe which I will never be going to use, if anyone is interested in buying the single app at an affordable price please PM me (this is legal Mat, right?).
Anyone with a single app (e.g. Photoshop) and would like to get another app (e.g. Premiere Pro) may find that offer to be useful.

Edit: Hmmm, I don't know if the link provided by Adobe will work for any account or only with my account, so I will hold that offer until I get more info.

By no, if you qualified, you should have received an email confirming if you've received a code for All Apps or Single App subscriptions. Check your inbox for confirmation and don't click the banner until you are ready to redeem!

Hi Mat,

I receive a notification email with all the instructions, but it doesn't contain the 24 alpha-numeric code.
When I click on the blue banner after I log in to the portal, the new page is asking for the code I don't have.

Will it be provided through a second email?

Edit: there is something that looks like a 24 alpha-numeric code in the URL, I tried to copy it, but the redeem button is still grayed out

Edit 2: I tried with Microsoft Edge and the code embedded in the URL worked after I was asked to log in and approve the login on my phone.
Maybe it works on Chrome as well, but probably, one needs to logout and login again.

is there any expiry of these codes or we can redeem it anytime in a year?

Alijaber, read the FAQ: Selling or gifting the code is not permitted.

My Adobe Stock account is different from the one I use for Adobe Cloud because I had a different email on fotolia and when Adobe bought it they just created a new account with that email. Would there be any problem if a log with my Adobe Cloud account to redeem the code instead of the one from Adobe Stock. It's the same name and address on both.
