Alijaber, read the FAQ: Selling or gifting the code is not permitted.

My Adobe Stock account is different from the one I use for Adobe Cloud because I had a different email on fotolia and when Adobe bought it they just created a new account with that email. Would there be any problem if a log with my Adobe Cloud account to redeem the code instead of the one from Adobe Stock. It's the same name and address on both.

That should be fine. Read the instructions in the page I shared above to copy your unique URL and code so you can revisit the page to redeem while logged in with the Adobe ID you want to use.

Thank you Adobe, thank you Mat for the bonus code! Worked like a charm for me. I really appreciate this annual gift.  :)

I have more good news to share! The program will continue through 2021 with the qualification requirements remaining the same as they were in 2020.

Yay, this is great news for all of us contributors!

How long does it take for the Adobe page to update with new info after you choose the bonus plan?
I selected my bonus plan, but when I go on the Adobe page it has not yet updated?

Never mind...it updated!! :)

Thanks Adobe!!

By no, if you qualified, you should have received an email confirming if you've received a code for All Apps or Single App subscriptions. Check your inbox for confirmation and don't click the banner until you are ready to redeem!

Please review the information, including the FAQ before taking any action.

Ah ok, that explains it then. Thanks Mat

I qualified for the last two years but not this one.  Sales on my Adobe portfolio almost stopped in recent months. Sales on Adobe would not even cover more than a few months of a subscription  I cancelled my account.  Strangely, my much smaller portfolio on Shutterstock with 10 cents a piece sales generate more income.   Back to the GIMP for me.

I have a few questions.

I had 1219 downloads last year and I got an e-mail saying I got more than 150 downloads and can pick one app.  Is that right?  I would only be interested in CC photoshop anyway.

I now have CC 2015 and am hesitating about going to the cloud for photoshop.  Can I still have the NIK add-ons?  Can I keep my permanent CC 2015 on my computer while trying out the cloud version?

Any help and advice appreciated.

Yes, if had more than 150 downloads, but less than 5,000 in 2020 you qualify for the single app or Creative Cloud Photography Plan which includes the latest version of Photoshop and both versions of Lightroom. I can't speak to NIK compatibility but you should be fine keeping your 2015 version of Photoshop on your computer in addition to the cloud based version. Just watch all your settings as you install to make sure you don't inadvertently overwrite the existing software.

Thanks for the generosity but as I need at least After Effects, ME and Protoshop, the single app coupon I got will go unused.  Maybe a better way to go at this is for us CC full paid subscribers could get a lower price for the suite like a set %.   I bet many are in the same boat on this issue.  ???

I'm kind of confused.  I had more than enough downloads in 2020 to qualify for the single app bonus but I have no blue banner or anything like that.  Am I missing something?

*** Update ***  Editing to say that I think I figured it out.  I found the following on one of their FAQ pages:  An active contributor is an Adobe Stock contributor with at least two (2) submitted and approved qualifying assets in 2020.

I haven't submitted any new work in years so I guess that's it.

I am pleased to inform you that Adobe Stock contributors who qualified for the Creative Cloud bonus in 2020 can now redeem the bonus by clicking the link found in the blue banner at the top of the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal! You can view details about how to redeem your code here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-redeem-creative-cloud-bonus-code.html

IMPORTANT! If you qualified for a single app, once you click your selection, the selection is permanent and cannot be changed so choose wisely! Don't click the banner until you are ready to see the entire process through. Read the page I linked above first to get an idea of what the means.

I have more good news to share! The program will continue through 2021 with the qualification requirements remaining the same as they were in 2020.

Stay creative!

Hi,

I have a bit of a tricky problem, maybe someone knows some advice? I have 2 subsciptions, one is the Creative cloud which I pay for and then the Photo Edition which I got via the bonus promotion from Adobe. Normally that one would be useless to me now - but I would like to use it to activate Photoshop on a third computer. So that I can use the programme there in English, which I need often for certain actions (my other apps are in German) And I want to save myself the constant logging in and out and from switching Photoshop from german to english. That's all legal, since I have 2 versions that I could install on a total of 4 computers, as far as I understand. But unfortunately it doesn't work, I still have to log out on one computer when I want to log in on the third. Which is also annoying because it doesn't just give me an info, it closes all Adobe programmes on computer number 2. Even Acrobat Reader, on which I may have had 7 windows open, which are not reopened the next time I restart.

Now, when I go into my Adobe account, I see my two subscriptions there: CC and Photo App. If I go to "Manage Subscription", I can deactivate there, but that then happens automatically on both subscriptions, not just the one. Which is not helpful, of course.

You might think that it's not a big problem to log in and out quickly. But I have a lot of brushes and patterns installed in my Photoshop version that I use all the time. As a result, it takes a relatively long time to start up and shut down the programme. Which is okay for me, but if it happens at an inopportune moment, it's annoying. The version on the 3rd computer would simply be a very basic one that can be booted up in 2 minutes.

So, is there any way to make sure in which of the two subscriptions one signs in or out? Or to prevent deactivating both at the same time?

Any help and advice appreciated!

Sounds like you activated both subscriptions using the same Adobe ID which defeats your intended purpose. Contact customer service at Adobe.com to see if you can switch one of your subscriptions to an alternate Adobe ID if possible. Then you would stay logged in with one Adobe ID on your 3rd machine and your primary Adobe ID on your first 2 machines.

Mat, I have a similar problem except my award code was for All Apps and my paid sub is the Photography Plan. Now I have a free  All apps plan through next February and I'm still being charged for the Photography plan. I am able to go online and cancel the Photography plan, but got all the warnings about things getting crippled and my Adobe Portfolio getting deleted.

Is it safe to cancel the photo plan? My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app seems to know I have the All Apps plan, so that should be okay, but I don't Wany my online Portfolio to disappear.

I clicked on support but just got the bot and it didn't understand what I was trying to do.

Is there an email for support?

Thanks

If both subscriptions are in the same Adobe ID, I don't see the risk. That said, I'm not an expert with Creative Cloud subscriptions so you should probably contact customer service through adobe.com to double-check if you are concerned.

Thanks, Mat. I'm going to pull the trigger. Worst case, I have to rework the portfolio which needs a refresh anyway.

Interesting point that maybe Mat could make a note and ask about if they review the free CC plan. For people who already subscribe to the full plan, maybe a simple discount for that, applied to their account.

I enjoy the photo plan which is enough for me and I was waiting until March so there will be no expiration when I'm waiting for the code next year. Then in the future, assuming they keep this going, I'll renew in March with the new code, each year.

Thanks Adobe!

I did get back on chat and asked for an agent. An excellent guy named Tarif was able to sort it out quickly. Thanks again.

Great! Thanks for the update.

@Pete, the bonus program will happen again next year exactly the same as this year. Your suggestion is a good one, but I don't think it's likely to happen.

Although I appreciate Adobes generosity, and we're in no position to complain, I must say the requirement for the All Apps plan was a lot steeper than last two years. Combine that with the COVID pandemic, which led to a reduction in sales, I was unable to get the All Apps plan this year. The Photography plan is nice for some, but useless for me.

I would have preferred a requirement that's more within our control (after all, we can control how much we submit, but not how much we sell). Oh well.
