Title: Adobe Stock 101 Webinar on Tuesday Feb 9
Post by: MatHayward on February 03, 2021, 16:22
Hi Everyone,

I'm kicking off a monthly Adobe Stock 101 session followed by an extensive live Q&A on Tuesday, February 9 at 9am. The presentation is geared towards new contributors primarily but there may be some useful information as a refresher for you veteran stock contributors. After I run through the presentation, I'll stick around to answer as many questions as I can. I hope to see some of you there!

Hey Mat, not really related to the Q and A but there's a bit of an issue I'd be grateful if you could look into for me...

So recently I've been getting a lot of 'updates on my submission' emails regarding 'pending remainders' on video files I've submitted. Probably over the last six months or so. The reminder said there was an issue with keywords. Usually I take out any words that I feel might be problematic or a little bit out of the ordinary/too technical, and they eventually get approved. Last month though, I had a few videos that just wouldn't get approved no matter how much I played around with them.

Emailed support and it turns out they were being blocked for using the word 'space'. I removed the word and they got approved, hoping it was a bug that would be fixed pretty rapidly/easily. Now I'm still getting files rejected for using the word space, which... is a pretty important word for the content I'm uploading! If there's any chance you could drop a line to the powers that be, that would be much appreciated.

Cheers!
