I'm not aware of any issues. Just checked it for myself and everything appears to be normal. Try a different browser. If the problem persists, open a ticket via the contact us link at the bottom of the portal.

Thank you, yes seem to,work okay on Chrome but not IE and my old iPad 2.

Absolutely does not work on an older iPad.
