I've got good news to share with you. The Adobe Creative Cloud subscription bonus program is back!
You can read all the details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/creative-cloud-bonus-FAQ.html
If you have 300 or more files approved that have been submitted in 2019 with at least a 50% approval ratio you will receive via email in the next 6 weeks a code for a complimentary year of Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan (20GB).
If you have 300 or more video files approved in 2019 with at least a 50% approval ratio you will receive a code for a complimentary year of the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan.
We are appreciative all of the amazing contributors at Adobe Stock. This bonus is our way of saying thank you for your effort. We look forward to seeing the work you create with Adobe software at Adobe Stock!

This is great news, Mat. I've enjoyed my complimentary subscription this year and believe I will qualify again.
-
Dang, I don't have that many video uploads to qualify for the whole package :(

Then you had better get busy producing new content Sean. There is still plenty of time! :)

Great news, (for once!), and I should qualify for the Photography plan again.
However, I recently upgraded to the full CC package, so will I be offered a discount to the value of the photo plan?
Thank you!

Thanks Mat this is great news... is it like last year if you qualify for the video and the phots you get both or is it one or the other this time? Very nice perk... helps keeping expenses down which is always good 👍🏻
-
That's awesome!!!!
-
great and very welcome news from adobe
is there limited number of contributors for 300 clips or everyone who put 300 video clips applies?
-
Thank you Adobe <3 and people like Mat!

Thank you so much. That is much appreciated. :)

Hi Kat,
No, there isn't a discount option based on the CCP bonus. You could gift it to a friend or family member. If you did, I'm sure you would be regarded as a personal hero to whomever you gifted it which is a priceless opportunity right? :)

This is covered in the FAQ I linked in my original post. Here is a hypothetical scenario to answer your question. Let's say you have 300 approved 2019 images right now. You qualify for CCP bonus and will receive the code in the first wave of code emails. Then in 2 months you have your 300th video approved, you would receive a code for the full CC after.
If right now you have 300 videos from 2019 and 300 images you would only receive the CC code since it has all the programs offered in CCP already included. Does that make sense?
-Mat
-
Very nice. I was hoping this would come back.
I got the free Photo plan last year. Just checked, and I am well past the 300 photos this year, but do not know how to determine my acceptance rate (which must also be over 50%)??
I have 214 videos so far. I might be able to push that to 300 too. :)

Perfectly. I'd meet criteria for both so in that case would get the CC (full package). I see you have 12 months to use the code so when my existing ones run out Oct/Nov I can just redeem it then... if I've understood the terms correctly.

Ah well, I have no one to gift it to but it was a nice idea anyway.

Ah, it goes through the end of the year? The way it read, I wasn't sure.
For both plan qualifications it says: "........during the period of Jan 1- Dec 31, 2019......"
It's on the web page FAQ.
-
Woohoo! I was starting to think that Adobe wasn't going to do this again this year. Very nice perk.
-
Very nice.
That's certainly the good news of the day for microstockers!

Cool. I didn't dig that far.
-
I still don't understand why are vector artists always left behind?
With 300 vector uploads one should receive an Illustrator CC license code.
A photography plan is pretty useless for vector creators, even though we qualify...
-
And for illustrators....nothing. Again.
-
Thats fantastic again.
-
Wonderful! again, adobe is one of the few agencies that concretely values its contributors!
-
Excellent chess move once again from Adobe to gain fidelity and respect from contributors. Thanks Adobe and thanks Mat for your work with us :)
-
Shame there's nothing based on sales, and only uploads. Might take me a while to submit 300 animations!
-
What about Illustrators?
It would be nice to include us too... ::)
-
That's great news, thank you Matt and Adobe
-
Yes, Thank you Matt for this news and convey our thanks to Adobe for doing this nice gesture in behalf of its contributers!
-
thanks, I appreciate it! I believe I should qualify.
When will the codes/info be sent out?
Thanks!
-
I notice Mat doesn't even bother responding to the illustrators. We're worthless, why make an effort? Why even offer Adobe Illustrator? We can draw sh!t by hand.

Sorry Shelma, I'm not ignoring you. We don't have a standalone version of Illustrator available as a bonus at this time. You would need to submit 300 videos in addition to your vectors to receive a complimentary code for the full Creative Cloud which does have Illustrator in it. Your feedback has been noted. I'm sorry you are disappointed.
Best regards,
Mat

Ridiculous. Adobe now expects illustrators to become videographers or animators as well. Imagine walking into a roomful of people and offering everyone a gift except, for no particular reason, one person. And then telling them they need to become a different person if they want a gift. I see that vectors are top sellers across all stock sites, but whatever. Between Shutterstock's ridiculous new submission requirements for illustrators and Adobe's refusal to acknowledge us, I'm really not into contributing anything any more. No biggie....I've only been using your products since their inception.
-
Great ! Thanks a lot :)
-
Thanks Mat, it's great to hear the bonus program has returned. I see they've upped the ante. The "$500 in sales" requirement is gone, but now we need 300 freshly uploaded videos. I better get to work then... ;)
@Shelma:
I agree it's not fair to leave illustrators hanging like that. I have the luxury of being a vector AND video contributor, but hopefully next year they'll include ALL contributors.

... and motion graphic template people :)
-
But why are you excluding illustrators, aren't vector sales a large percentage of the total.
Giving a bonus to photographers and video contributors and nothing to illustrators both this and last year makes me feel offended.
If you wanted to include us you could have given a discounted price of whatever plan we are using or something similar.
My guess is the bonus is a marketing tool because lots of people are switching to affinity as they don't like the subscription only option but I still don't understand why not give something to illustrators too.
-
Awesome thanks very much Mat and Adobe
-
Mat: Why not just offer Creative Cloud to content providers of 300 ++ submissions a year? As you can see from the posts above illustrators get the short end of the stick. As it stands for me, I get the free Photoshop but use an alternate to Premiere, simply because of cost. I'd glady use Pemiere if it was offered. I am not a marketing guru, but it makes total sense to me to pull in the creative community for all aspects of what Adobe has on offer. If you think about it some people won't even use what is on offer, and others will take full advantage. To exclude content providers because there is no stand alone product makes no sense at all. There are other video editing programs and other illustration programs and Adobe is more or less saying we don't matter, and truth be told I think offering the full meal deal would go a long way within the creative community regardless of medium in which we choose to express. It would be a real morale booster. Food for thought.
-
Nice to hear that the Bonus Program continues :-) Unfortunately, my previous code expired prior I have activated it :(
-
I thought last years codes had no expiry? You could use one after the other if you had both?
Edit:- Scrap that. I found the FAQ. 12 months.
Glad i saw that, im using the LR one and the all apps expires Sept1 so i need to use it before then.

Where is that FAQ, because my understanding was that the one I received expires in July 2021?

There seem to be 2 FAQs with different dates:-
https://helpx.adobe.com/lt/stock/contributor/help/creative-cloud-giveaway-FAQ.html
Says "You have until July 31, 2021 to redeem the code."
Whereas this:- https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/creative-cloud-bonus-FAQ.html
says "The code will remain valid 12 months from the date it is issued to you. "
The latter is the one linked in the email that sent the code.

Okay, now I am confused. The FAQ for the first program ($500 in sales...) says expiration date: 7/31/2021.
The FAQ for the latest program says expiration date is one year from issuance of code. So for the first (>$500 sales) program, it would seem that 7/31/2021
is the expiration date.
Mat, can we get a clarification on this? Specfically, what is the expiration date for folks that qualified for the original (>$500 sales) program?
Thanks
-
The first one says published Last published: 2018 August 9
The second link is published August 2019.
So i assume the first one applies to the codes issued in 2018?
Clarification would be helpful.
-
Hey Mat,
I'm also confused. Can you please help me with this:
I've received the "Creative Cloud Bonus" code last year. I haven't activated the code yet. I tried to activate it now and it says it's expired.
But here is the email I've received from Adobe:
"Dear -------,
Last August the Adobe Stock team launched a Creative Cloud giveaway program to reward our top contributors. Congratulations, you are one of them!
You were awarded a 12 month free Creative Cloud subscription, and received an email from with your redemption code. We noticed that you haven’t redeemed the code yet to start your free access to Lightroom CC, Photoshop CC, and more.
In case you overlooked the previous email, your code is -----. You have until July 2021 to redeem it. ..."
So as stated in this email I've received from you, the code should still be valid.
Can you please help me with this?
Thanks!

Yeah, same here. I was going to use it after the current one but the expiry date appears to have been changed after first said 2021. When I found out they were awarding new ones I was going to send it to someone else... glad I didn't :D

Ive got exactly the same, "this code has expired".
Its (i) under 12 months old and (ii) the email says July 2021.
Ive emailed support (i guess everyone else has too)
EDIT:- Very speedy response from support. They've requested a new code.
-
I have same problem. Say "We’re sorry, but it seems like this redemption code has expired" but in email say "You have until July 2021 to redeem it".
Mat, what to do? My subs is expired, and I can`t use Photoshop any more :(
-
Just message support - they replied to me within minutes.

It has worked. I have contacted the support (the Adobe Stock support), they promised me a new key and in two days, the new key was in my inbox. I have applied that and even though it was set correctly, it still has been showing that my next billing is next week for a while. After few hours, everything corrected itself and now it is showing that the next billing is in September 2020. Great. Thanks, Adobe :-)

I can confirm that Contributor Success team gave me a new code that works.
Thanks!
-
Im still waiting for the new code after the initial 48hour reply say they'd give me one.

Is the give away 2019 also for those of us who got and used it in 2018 when we have again enough uploads in 2019?
And how does it work? Do we have to wait for a new code?

Yes, regardless of whether or not you've used a code in 2018, you should be eligible for a new code in 2019 if you meet the required number of uploads.
The code will be sent automatically some weeks after you've reached the target, according to the FAQ.

Thanks for the feedback, Noedelhap, so i can enjoy and hope to get soon!

I got my apps code today.

I'm having a real hard time trusting the email I received today from Adobe.
Low resolution HTML email, with a click tracking link from http://cl.trkkp.com (http://cl.trkkp.com)
The email is sent from: AdobeStockContributor.com
Once clicked it forwards to: adobepartneroffer.com
And finally resolves to Adobe's actual website.
I get that Adobe have several websites and want to track clicks, but I'm really not keen on following this one through until I have someone say this is legit.
-
Got the replacement from last year and the new full package for this year.
Much appreciated... very nice perk! Cheers Mat/Adobe

I actually got 2 freebies for PS last year, (one from Adobe and one from Stocksy/Adobe) but I'm going for the whole enchilada this time via the video reward. It's good to have some extra motivation to upload video (for me, the editing is the worst part). cheers Mat
-
Big thanks to Adobe.
1 sales coming along nicely
2 customer support replied and sorted out a problem super quick.
3 Mat is active on here
4 My code just arrived.
Once Adobe accept editorial video I have a feeling they'll get to be my number 1, right now they're my number 5 and climbing

I've never been so self-disciplined and have been doing soooo many more videos, it's such a great incentive thanks Matt

I can't really see a phishing or other scam knowing you qualified for a free subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and then creating a fake email that sends you to Adobe.
-
Looking forward to getting that email!
-
Just checking now my junk folder and finding my Adobe stock contributor bonus email. I got this email yesterday. Really don’t know why this email was in junk folder.
Everything ok now.
Big thank you again this year Adobe!
-
I am very sure I am well over the threshold, but haven't gotten my code yet.
Normally, I would just wait, but... my subscription is due in about 3 days. If I don't get the code before then, I will be billed for a year, and then have a code that is worthless to me...?
[EDIT -- it just came through. Just in time! Thanks, Adobe!! :) ]
-
Lovely! I got one today. Though they are in Spam folder.
I wish if I could swap the bonus software with other. I already have CC photography plan active on my subscription. :(

Got it! Thanks Adobe Stock!

Just wait until your current subscription is about to run out, then use this code to extend your subscription another year.
I happened to be lucky enough that the code came less than a week before I was to have to pay for the next year.
-
Mine came in today. Greatly appreciated! :D

I have also received mine. Really nice ;D

It looks the same as the email I got. The code redeemed.
-
And I received the code too! Thank you very much Adobe!

Still hadn't got mine 🙁

You are starting to sound like a broken record.
And yes, it totally sucks that Adobe does not respect your effort and acknowledge illustrators.

it's legit.

Thank you for confirming this

yes the squeaky wheel gets the grease and i truly hope adobe wakes up and offers a stand alone version for illustrators. the broken record approach of whiney poor me rhetoric is not going to grease anything.
FWIW i am not an illustrator. this is nothing more than poor decision making in regards to the client base adobe relies on for profit and the contributors that support adobe stock. my vote is adobe should offer one offer all provided they meet the criteria. adobe, this is a fail in my books.
-
My vote for free software for illustrators too. But Adobe is very stubborn with illogical and discriminatory policies, so frankly I would be surprised if it really happens.
-

What about animating your illustrations and uploading it as video? If your subject matter is suitable, you could try that.
-
I really do not get it. The company is giving some of its contributors free software (nobody forced Adobe to do so and it is not its obligation) and so many people are complaining and considering it as fail etc.
Of course, it would be fine if there is an illustrator bonus program as well and/or ability to purchase various Adobe softwares separately instead of buying all applications at once (why one cannot buy Photoshop/Illustrator or Photoshop/Premiere bundle at some reasonable price...) but to consider not giving free software for all as a fail? I do not think so.
-

Completely agree.
Everybody likes to be payed for his works. Is it not this the reason why every day there are complaints about how poor is the monet that agency is paying us.
And now there is Adobe that give away for free high value software for contributors. It's a great move in my opinion. They take care of contributors.
They are interested in more photos and clips, so this is the reason. Maybe they are not interested in more illustration arts, I don't know, but it's completely up to them to choose what and when give away.
Complaints for this is a nonsense. Everyone in this forum want to be payed for his work. Also Adobe want to be payed for its software. Of course they think that the giveaway can give them more advantage in long run.
BTW I received my code, thanks Adobe, another good move!
-
Isn't this a contributor - indipendant producer forum? We support each other and we are equally members as contributors to agencies. Or artists or whatever the right name is. There is are no discriminations right? If some people want to protest and gain a subscription on the basis that are equal contributors to all others it is their right to do so. And I hope Adobe to correct this.
:)
BTW i won't receive a code, i dont contribute there but thanks Adobe for the great products that make our life and work easier.
-

I hope so 😊 but "indipendent" doesn't means that every single compliant is the right one 😏
We support each other and we are equally members as contributors to agencies. Or artists or whatever the right name is. There is are no discriminations right?
For sure, but this is a commercial business and Adobe, like everyone else, take decision for its own business model, as each one of us do.
We (contributors) are not friends, we work in a high competitive business.
And they (Adobe and other agencies) work in a high competitive world too.
We make our choice and selection. They do the same.
That's all
Of course I think it would be great from Adobe to give to illustrator artists a nice rewards as they do for photographers and video makers but... This is a commercial business choice, not a gift for everyone. They do what is good for them, and this is very normal. Also for us.
-
They should just give free codes to anyone who nets over US$1500 a year.
-
Received my code as well, it was in the spam folder but the code does not show up.
-

and why?
-
Hi Matt,
I can't seem to find an answer to these questions anywhere, and while I think I know the answer, what content is included in each of the giveaways.
For example do animations or motion templates qualify as "video assets"?
Does the photography plan include all assets (including video and illustration)?
Is video that is included in the photography plan then still available to be counted for the complete plan?
Thanks, and also thanks to Adobe for resolving my issue last year and coming through with the giveaway.
-
Also received my code (second year)
While sales are nothing to write home about these kind of gestures make me want to stick with Adobe Stock.
These are tough times for us stock contributors so any financial help is welcome!
Thanks Adobe!
-
This is a great offer.
How do i track my images uploaded, videos uploaded and acceptance rate on the site?

Same thing but the account corrected itself to the correct renewal date in 24 hours - I also got an email from adobe confirming redemption of the code.

Maybe I'm being too impatient but I wanted to ask. I had my last batch of images accepted over a week ago and now have over the 300 required images accepted for 2019. I haven't heard anything from Adobe yet so I was wondering if I need to just be patient and wait longer or if there's anything additional that I need to do.
Thanks!

Bonus codes are sent out in waves and are not issued immediately when you reach the threshold. If you met the requirement, we'll send you a code shortly.

thanks Mat and Adobe!!!
two years of adobe cc free...i appreciate it :)

As a joke i would reply that if it isn't written in the contract it doesn't count.
It is indeed a nice move from Adobe side and i envy those that get it.
But considering overall time uploading and correct submitting
just for the free code don't justify the effort.
Assuming no sales starting over from a blank portfolio.
There are various ways to get a free subscription, e.g. Adobe editing contest.
And that is a great opportunity to remind Matt that Greece EU wasn't included last year.
Just saying....

Mat is the ultimate authority but I can say that years ago when I had more than the two allowed computers, running something Adobe, I had to write to support and have them deactivate one computer, before I could change the registration to a different computer. Whatever the limit for CC, I thought it was two systems? You will need to deactivate one before you can activate a new one.

Greetings @Mat Hayward, is the link maintained for a year or does it expire?
I do not plan to use the code in a few months. Should I get the code through the link and can I use it at any time, or does the link activate the code at that time?
Thank you

This year's code is valid 12 months from when you receive it. Once you redeem it the software is activated for 12 months. Don't worry I haven't redeemed last year's yet never mind this year's.
-
Thank you Pablito
I still don't know the system. I don't know if the link takes me to the 12-month counter, or simply gives you a code. I don't know if the period starts since the code is granted or since the cloud registration is done or since the link is clicked. I don't know if in February 2020 the link doesn't work anymore. I don't know if the link gives you the code and can be saved until February 2020.
I'm afraid I have two options, give the link now and find out or activate the link in February and find out what's going on.

? Which link are you talking about?
You should receive your CODE (not link) via mail.
Then use it when you want (in one year) via adobe account. That's all.
Also read the Faq, there are all details

@Tenebroso You should have twelve months to click on that link and start your free subscription. At least if you already have a (paid) subscription and are logged in you don't see a code which you could enter somewhere later. It was more like okay, code redeemed, next payment due in a year. Don't remember what it was like last year, but this time at least for me it was like that.

Are photographers required to animate their photos to get Photoshop?
Please explain why only one group of contributors—a very successful group that consistently brings in a lot of sales for stock sites—are left out of this.

Have all these been sent out yet? Im well over 300 videos (and images) for the year and haven't received a code yet.

Hi Mat, I have checked my email but I don't receive the code yet. Who do I need to contact to ask for support ?
Please write via the contact us link found at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor portal and we'll do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
As a reminder to all, I am not able to provide specific requests for support via private message here in MSG. Please use that contact link in the contributor portal instead.
Thanks,

I reached 300 videos for 2019 in August, But haven't received the all apps bonus yet. It's been almost 8 weeks. Are the bonuses sent out individually based on when you reached the threshold or are they sent out in batches so some might get them in less time than the 6-8 week time frame and others longer than the 6-8 week time frame?

This is the answer I got after contacting support (as advised by Mat):
Not all contributors who qualify have received bonus codes yet.
It is possible that you may be included in the next wave of emails with bonus codes that are to be sent out, however, we do not have a timeline for when that will be.
If you do not receive an email with a bonus code then it is most likely because the promotions department did not feel as though your account met the requirements.
Ultimately, it is up to the promotions department to determine which accounts will receive bonus codes. We have no influence over their determinations nor can we generate bonus codes.
-
Last year I got my bonus in September. This year it showed up on October 22nd. So there's still hope even if you haven't received it yet.

I didn't think the offer was conditional. I thought meeting the requirements of image and % was enough. Matt why the change?

Thanks for sharing this @ouatedeP. I will follow up with you offline to get some more information about who you were communicating with to make sure the language in our email responses is updated. I'm sorry about the confusion.
This isn't a subjective or conditional offer. If you qualify for the bonus code by having 300 files approved in 2019 with a 50% or higher approval ratio you WILL be getting a code. Regarding the timing for when you will get the bonus...The codes are sent out in batches at a predetermined time that isn't necessarily in tandem with the exact time you qualify. There is generally a gap between when you qualify and when your bonus code is emailed. In some cases, artists that have qualified and were sent the bonus code found them in their spam folder so if you feel you should have already received yours, be sure to check there first.
I hope this clears it up for you. Thanks again!
Mat Hayward

I emailed and got a reply about 2 hours later with the code.
No idea where i didnt get the automated codes when sent but in fairness to support, it was a quick response.

In a naive example, when buying milk we don't credit the cow, but everyone knows the selling company for the quality milk that delivers to us and enjoy using! Further, nobody cares that eventually the cow and it's babies will be slaughtered for meet.
:P
Kind more seriously? Ask once. If refused ask elsewhere.

I produce not many animations, but of high quality (and 100% approval rate). So I can't reach the 300 uploads. Last year I did get the code because I sold enough stock. I guess Adobe really went for quantity this year... :-\

Just received my contributor bonus from Adobe with over 500 accepted assets 90% video - 10% photo , they send me a Photography plan :)) nice ...

" If you have at least 10 new MoGRTS accepted within 2019, we will notify you and send a redemption code for a 1-year subscription to a CC All Apps plan via email."
-
I also received my code today and I'm very pleased!
Thank you Adobe.

Last year's code is valid till 2021. What did support say when you contacted them?
-
I received an email for the Creative Cloud Photography bonus saying it is good for 12 months (Thank you!!). My email doesn't actually have a code, it has a "redeem now" button. I assume this is normal?
(I won't click on the button yet, because I don't need to use the code yet...already subscribed this year).

When you click on Redeem Now, it takes you to the redemption page redeem.adobe.com and auto-populates your code. If you have the exact same Creative Cloud Photography subscription as you received via the bonus, you can redeem the code now, it will push out your next billing by 12 months. Also if you received a Photography plan bonus code for 2018 which is still active and you got another one in 2019, you can also redeem it now, these are stackable.
But if you have a different plan, such as a Creative Cloud All Apps plan and you redeem the Photography plan - both plans would run in parallel, which doesn't make sense. In this case it's better to wait with the redemption until your paid plan ends or comes up for renewal. More info in the FAQ: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/creative-cloud-bonus-FAQ.html
-
Thanks!, that explains everything! Think I will wait till my current code is almost expired, about a year from now. I assume that the start of the 12 month period (before expiration) is the date I received the email.
-
Once again - thank you Adobe and Matt.
I've just redeemed this year's code (last year's can wait till this one expires)
Everything worked brilliantly. I had been using CS6 and on opening PP2020 it warned me that the graphics driver was not up to the job. Luckily I was able to get a new driver (from Nvidia) that PP2020 is happy with.
I used the Adobe installer - and had a choice of which software and which version I wanted. As I have PP CS6, LR6 and PS5.5 I can keep them on the same computer side by side so can always go back to them in the future if the subscription gets too high or to use old projects as things are not backward compatible.
I might even dabble with Audition and AE

Hello!
I have a weird problem. I have over 300 footages accepted, more than 50% acceptance rate and all uploaded this year, but I still haven't received the all app package. I contacted the support, and they replied that I'm not on the list and I have to upload more footages. Why is that? I'm pretty sure that I've already met the required amount.
Thank you!

Im using a CC code from last year with no problem and have just received a new code for the next year.
My question is, if i redeem that code *now* will it extend my subscription by a further 12 months automatically (in which case i may as well do it) OR will it run in parallel so i'll effectively lose it (in which case, im better off waiting).
Its for an identical package (CC all apps).
-
It will extend it (move the billing date one year further). Mat has already answered it several times. So, I have my Photoshop for free until September 2021 :) It does not work that way if you have codes for different plans. In such a case, they run in parallel

I received this email in the SPAM and especially antedated 2 months and marked as read, weird ... (I just managed to make 300 video so it's not a forgotten on my part) .. remember to check your old message read! ;)
-
I received my bonus code just now! In my spam folder as well. But glad I finally got it.
-
I have exactly 300 video files accepted 10 or so days ago. Approval rate about 90%. When should i expect code? I received photo plan month or two ago but i have 300 photos approved in february. Not in hurry, just wanted to know approximately.

Thanks for the free spyware and again Adobe CC leaves so much junk running in the background it slows the whole system up.
If I have Lightroom & photoshop running forget running anything else.
Is it really necessary to have so much monitoring software running ???
I'd like to use this package but its unworkable.

Can the code I received for the Photography Plan (I've activated the All Apps code now) be given to someone else, say a family member?

I had enough images uploaded, but still hadn't seen my code. So, I checked my spam and there it was. Thanks Mat and Adobe! I love getting the free subscription. :)
-
I have received the email with the bonus code for all apps but the link is not working, I tried chatting with an Adobe assistant but they could not help me, how do I redeem my code? Who can I contact?
Thanks
-
There is no way to check is there? I'm sure I met the criteria months ago but have not heard anything. My current subscription is ending in a week, so I'm a bit worried about waiting and not getting it.

Just contact them via the link on the portal. I had a reply within hours and all resolved.

all resolved
Hah! That's the plan!
:P
Semi offtopic, i am trying to understand if Adobe suite and especially Pr and AE make use of over 4 cores, eg 8 or 12. Any documented answer would be highly appreciated as long as the web is full of all kind of opinions.

Thank you, I appreciate it :) Having latest Photoshop every year is cool! 8)

I've already received my code, but my girlfriend who also submits stock footage has just hit 300 videos accepted (she thinks). How long from having 300 videos accepted do you receive the email with the code? Since it's getting close to the end of the year, she wants to make sure that she doesn't accidentally miss the bonus because she has didn't have enough videos or some other reason.

I hit it early last week and got my code Tuesday.

I hit 300 on Dec 9th. Should I have already gotten mine? Just checked my email...no code. :(
I did an email search for "adobe" and their "get it for 2 weeks free" spam comes up just fine. ;)
-
My girlfriend found her email. It was in her spam folder.
-
I just went to redeem my code from 2018 but it says it has expired :-\ The email I got back then said I had until July 2021 to redeem it. Is it possible to get it renewed or did I miss out?

so, now I have to upload 300 good files and to get a girlfriend?
*, it's getting harder year by year!
:P

Still no code. Maybe they are backlogged by all the people trying to "get in under the wire" before Dec 31st.
-
They reviewed my 33 submitted images on Dec 31th and a day later a few more. Unfortunately, those shots reviewed by the next day hit that magical 300. Just my luck again. :(

Drop AS an email to explain. It came up a little while back and it was an error. They'll check their records an if confirmed, re-issue a new code to you. Happened to me and a few others.

Send a ticket via the contact us page found at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal and we'll take a look for you. If you qualified, the code most likely landed in your spam folder.

I had 300 accepted and never received the code
I never got mine (or it went into SPAM). i just sent them a mail at customer service and got my code. Was very easy to use on my existing account.
-
On December 27th, I had 300 videos and yesterday I received All Apps code and link by email and immediately activated it. Please do this every year. Thank you so much. :)
-
Yay, out of the blue, I got my code yesterday! Actually I didn't expect that, because I thought my chance had gone. A very classy move by Adobe - thank you very much, I really appreciate it! 8)

Thanks Adobe! Got the email.
A question for Mat:
I was keywording a bunch of images today that I uploaded in 2019 but did not finish tagging, so they were still in my "to submit" queue. If Adobe has the Creative Cloud Bonus Program again in 2020, will those images be counted as 2020 uploads? I hope to add a lot more than 300 images in 2020, assuming I will qualify for illustrative editorial during the year, but you never know, and I want to keep track properly for this year. Thanks.

It's a good question. I think the system that automatically determines who is qualified would not count those images. Not 100% sure on that though. Why cut it so close? Keep uploading all year long! :)
It's not a great idea to keep uploaded content unsubmitted in general. The system looks at the upload date to determine where it's at in search. If it sits in your queue for 6 months, the system will see it as a 6 month old photo with no view or download history which implies it's not good and pushed it deeper into search. It's easier said than done I know, I've got files that have been sitting in my queue for a VERY long time.

Sorry if this was discussed before, I have this note on my dashboard to redeem my creative cloud code.
Is this for last year and automated for everyone? I haven't asked for it, so I don't know how it works?

It is the last year code, at least in my case. When I tried to use it, it has alerted me that it was already activated in the past.

It works quite easily - click the button next to the number, copy and paste the number, fill in - done :)

No, the Creative Cloud bonus program was for contributors to the core collection.
Kind regards,

I recently had a notice about my 2019 code on my Adobe page, but it's disappeared. I gifted the 2018 code to a friend, but she only just redeemed it. Did it expire and have I lost a year somewhere?

The codes are still valid, we removed them from display in the portal after a few months. If you didn't activate your code or make a note of the number please refer to the email you received with the code initially. If you don't have access to that email, you can write to us via the contact us link at the bottom of the contributor portal and we'll provide you with the code.
Cheers!

Cheers, Mat.
I misunderstood that it was for last year, and thought it was just saying I'd achieved it for this year and didn't write it down. I will send an email.
Once again, thanks for both the promotion and your quick response.
UPDATE: Emailed and resolved within about 30 minutes, so thanks Adobe for the prompt customer support.
