It is interessting to see the total earnings for an image
If i make a date selection of 5 years, the message appears that you can select only 13 months.
That was not the case before

Is there a another way to see the total earings per imagee?

No, unfortunately it's not possible at this time.

Use Microstockr Pro...  It will show you all your best sellers across all agencies or just at each agency separately

I have another question. I want to bookmark My Statistics/Activity/Display Statistics so I could easily follow my recent earnings, but it doesn't work, it changes the period shown.

Correct. There are still a lot of opportunities for improvement here. We are aware.

Thank you for the feedback,

Mat

It is a pitty that such there are constraints on such a basic functionality.
Why these constraints are introduced? And can we expect in the future, the constraint will removed?

My guess, it has to do with the amount of data and performance.

The dashboard also shows the total number of downloads. Wouldn't it be an idea to also show the total earnings there?

Mat, Adobe could just copy Shutterstock's Catalog Manager. It is so great for tracking statistics. No need for some experimenting or some new thing, just copy it. There I make a folder for each shooting session and track its performance (downloads and earnings). What more can you ask for?

Dashboard upper left, under time frame, click Lifetime, which shows downloads, earnings, position.

On my Dashboard, I see downloads, position, total earnings in all but there's still no way to see total earnings per image, as I believe was the original request.

That really would be useful info.

Sorry I read total as total not by image totals.  ;D

Only way I figured out how to do it, if I wanted to (and I don't) is use the calendar and set for 12 months, then move it back 12 months, and take notes. The dashboard only shows up to 13 months at a time.

Yes I understand now, I think? Lifetime downloads and earnings, by image not portfolio.

The under 13 months is only a limit on each data set, so you can go back and download year by year, a PITA because then you need to print out the long list for each year and add them all up manually. Under "Select Data type" select Top Sellers. It's tedious but the data is there.

Given all the amazing AI that Adobe unveiled at AdobeMAX, it is mind-boggling that their Adobe Stock contributor interface is so poor. I am confused by the seeming disconnect between the company's truly amazing tech and their neglect of simple fixes to the Stock contributor interface.

It's the same with their commitment to creatives such as making AdobeMAX free this year, and the hard work of  their evangelists like Mat whose efforts we have all seen here for years, and the camaraderie he has fostered in the Discord channel (a wonderful place to talk shop during these tough times), as well as the webinars they have sponsored during Covid which seem like a genuine effort to help contributors build stronger portfolios, but then they announce the free image concept which really undermines all of this.

I agree with everything you said.

The cognitive dissonance that exists between Mat's (and others') personal attention to and connection with us, the contributor base, on the one hand and the obvious "corporate" lack of any desire to improve the AS website experience for that same contributor base, on the other hand.

As you wrote: Given all the amazing AI that Adobe unveiled at AdobeMAX, it is mind-boggling that their Adobe Stock contributor interface is so poor. I've puzzled over that myself, too many times to count.

hello to everyone,

agree with marthamarks and wordplanet ,

would like to add that adobe contributor support, at least for me, is problematic.

Currently there is a case of mine [ Adobe Case 00108301 ] open from 2020 Oct 6,
no response until Oct 31 even if i contacted the support for a second time after 2 weeks.

(MatHayward i will appreciate it if you are able to have a look on this issue .)

Another case [Adobe Case 00104791] took 1 month, from 2020 Aug 5 to Sep 2, for a response .

After the close of any adobe case an email arrives asking for a rate or opinion for the service,....
adobe do you really consider a response after 1 month delay a service?

p/s :
the above info provided with good will and in order to help make things work better.
please do not jump on me mentioning that : are other companies that do not respond at all.

Hmm, thanks for a better way, and insight. I'm still not interested unless I get a snow day and the snow blower is broken, besides, everything is closed... but I have a nice glass of scotch to warm me while I drag myself through data, year by year just to see total lifetime earnings per image.  ;D

I don't know that much about the old FT system, but one would think that Adobe, would have thought that maybe, we'd enjoy the data and maybe that would also encourage us to produce more of the better earning images. Which translates to more sales for them.
