Hey,
I'm trying to get a document from adobe about my earnings and witholding tax for 2019. I've contacted them a couple of times, 1st time on 16th march- did get a response on 17th march but since then silence. Has anyone encountered simillar problems?
Have a nice day :)

Fotolia never provide us with the tax withholding document. And as far as I know, Adobe Stock also never send us the tax withholding document.
What I did every year was to the statistic page to calculate and screenshot (as a proof) of my tax withholding every year.
Can anyone confirm if Adobe Stock will ever send us the Tax Withholding Document of 2019 like every other agencies?

Fotolia and Adobe both have always mailed me the tax documents on time. They've never withheld anything, but not sure whether they do for people outside the US.

They send (on request) something that looks like this.
I'm living outside the US. I know that the statistics page exists, but the ammounts reported there are in PLN (I'm paid in PLN by Adobe Canada). If my withholding tax was paid in USD (and I'm pretty sure it was) the ammount of it after exchange rates from 31st dec 2019 will differ from what I see there. So yea...

also waiting for their answer. Contacted them on March 30 and few time to remind them after that. I need "letter" from them even tho they must provide 1042s forms and they never did it....
