Title: Adobe Verification Code
Post by: Pixart on February 24, 2021, 14:43
Every. Time. I go to check on Adobe Stock I get a sign in message that I need a verification code to go further and then the screen goes straight intoto my account without a code.   The code is always sent to my email though.  If I could enter it one time maybe I would stop getting the message, but where the heck does Adobe want me to put it?  It only happens on the stock site, not with software login.  Has anyone encountered/fixed this?

Yeah, I get tons of them.  Also re-enter your username, but it just goes to your account with no password because you weren't really logged out.  And variations thereof.  Mat knows, but there's nothing they can do about it.

Just a note, I get the pop=up saying I should download the app, which is for my phone or tablet, but I'm on a desktop or laptop. Doesn't appear that the system gets the idea that I'm not going to download the app and I have to click the Not Now or whatever it is, every few days.

Yes, I'm logged in, as I never logged out.
