Title: AdobeStock is showing only 1 third of my portfiolio

Recently I noticed thata very large number of files are missing from my AdobeStock portfolio contributor page https://stock.adobe.com/fr/contributor/3500/beboy showing only 4,401 while I have 12,988 at https://fr.fotolia.com/p/3500

Are they selecting only the best from your portfolio? anyone facing the same issue?

and most importantly what happened to the great support service at Fotolia.com?

Yes I will, and even my most popular files that has over 3.5K downloads are not appearing in my Adobe stock portfolio:

Dear Mat, thank you for reply, yes most of my files are in .svg format. so my question is what should I do now!
can I reupload those in adobe stock in ai/eps format?

Post by: beboy on April 02, 2018, 09:35: It's really annoying I contacted fotolia several times regarding this issue I even tried to contact Adobe Stock and now it's clear to me they don't actually want to answer this question not even here also...

And it's such a shame my files are not even visible on my Adobe Stock portfolio while being sold by someone else on adobe stock.

No, you cannot resubmit the same file in a different format. You would need to first delete the svg version then submit the AI or EPS file. Doing so may result in a rejection of the file as there is no guarantee the review result will be the same.
