I have also noticed that you can get any attempt to isolation accepted at Fotolia.
It is everything else they reject...

Looks like someone needs their monitor calibrated.  I am betting they just dodged out some very dark gray and couldn't see the rest.

Not only the photographer, but also the reviewer. That is really bad and not a good advertisement for Fotolia.

The good news (for Fotolia) is that this person was as bad at keywording as they were with the images - the keywords for the whole passion fruit are "board food fruit nikon pineapple".

Anyone looking for a passion fruit won't find this (although a lot of strawberries and cherries show up in such a search - I guess because the default is OR and some people think passion relates to strawberries and cherries??).

Unfortunately, a search for pineapple has the icky whole pineapple shot as #3 in the list (by "relevance", the default). I guess it's a new image.

As Lisa said, some reviewer needs to calibrate their monitor as this is so bad you can see it in the thumbnail, let alone at 100%

Yeah thats about all they accept of mine lately, though I managed to sneak one in recently that wasn't an isolation or studio shot.  If studio lights weren't used...rejected, not stock material.
