When is the Blue Bar appearing? I need to redeem the code to continue to use my Adobe Illustrator which has just expired today.

Take a look at the Adobe Stock Contributor portal now. If you qualified for the bonus code, you should now see the blue redemption bar. Congratulations to everyone who qualified and THANK YOU for being such an important part of Adobe Stock!

If I redeem now it will just get tacked on to the current subscription from last year? Or do I need to wait until next December/January to redeem?

As long as the subscription you are redeeming for is the exact same as your current plan, the expiration date should extend out an additional year if redeemed now.

And mine did - thank you Adobe - but it took a little while after I redeemed the code for the expiration date to change from 2023 to 2024. I logged out and in again, refreshed the page - but I don't think it was anything I did, just needed a little more patience :)

I think that is a normal experience. Thanks for sharing Jo Ann. After redeeming, give it around 5 minutes or so before you can expect to see the expiration date for your subscription to update.

Hi Mat, so if I'm a few months in to an existing Adobe Bonus full package code (not a paying sub) and I now have a link to a new code I can trigger it now and it'll just extend the date... no need to wait until my current one expires in Oct? Cheers

I'm getting the same error today 4/14/23 :(

Same problem here.
I've been trying to contact Adobe but got no answer and now my plan has expired. In the chat of creative cloud app they close the conversation every time before someone from support for contributors shows up, "sorry, we are closed" after having me waiting for hours, and all I got after all those days trying to contact them was an e-mail, yesterday, saying my suscription has expired and inviting me to pay, with more than 18.500 downloads last year.

What's up people from Adobe?!

It seems like it's a broken link. I still have till September before I need to update so I hadn't checked it.

I've tried a couple of browsers and it returns the error below.
