LOL He could not choose a more popular and evident image. ::) At least he should use the image in a photoshop creation or something. Does this only happen at Fotolia or I didn't followed correctly ?

Actually after taking a quick peak at their portfolios...it looks to be the other way around.  Fox17 has many photo's with the sliced fruit stacked in his portfolio and the other guy only has the one shot.  Kinda hard to tell who the theif really is.  The numbers of the photo's could easily mean that Fox17 just had not started uploading to Fotolia yet.

TinEye turns up 12 hits. Seems to have been used a lot.

True, and the other guy (Arash Sabbagh) have only 31 images in his portfolio

This image isn't just similar, it's exactly the same image.  Copying ideas is one thing, but this is something else entirely.

Lower ID# wins.

unless it's the same person trying to get a whole new account. and forgot he's already submitted this one.  or trying to be an affliate to himself.
(just thinking out of the box for the obvious. it's just that if it's theft, why do it in the same site. that would be idiocy ).

Nobody said the photo was similar. It's obvious it's the same image.

Regardless of lower id# I have to agree with snaprender. The second guys port look much more credible to me also.
