Title: AS Contributor Survey
Post by: Raul.Ceron on December 16, 2024, 06:03
Hey everyone!

We have sent an email with an anonymous survey we would like you to complete.

Please check your email and spam folder. It will take less than a couple of minutes, and it would help us greatly if you could do it before December 22.

This is a link to the survey, just in case you have opted out of communications or haven't received it:

Thanks a lot!

Just completed the survey.

I love everything about Adobe except the hunter killer algo that closes accounts without warning if criminals abuse my account for fraud.

There is no way I can protect myself from this and it puts a great strain on my relationship with Adobe.

Please consider having a real helpline for experienced producers who really depend on the income from Adobe to pay our bills.

Other suggestion

Please consider raising royalties for Video. There is a lot of very good exclusive content considering to move.

Video is a much smaller part of sales than images, so I am assuming the additional cost would be more than balanced by attracting some of the best video content available. And loyal customers that will follow…

35% is good, I know…but just imagine the effect it would have if Adobe now pays out 40%...in light of the other place cutting down hard...

Or add another level of 40% if a contributor reaches a total 10 000 dollars in video sales. (not yearly, total)

Something to look forward to if you are a low level beginner and a reliable income for the pros.

Good video production is very expensive.

You will make it up in the volume of fresh new loyal customers :)

Please consider also a lifetime bonus when a producer reaches 100k in royalties (or 50K). Maybe another 3%, 5%?

It would be something longterm to look forward to and really make it clear Adobe is determined to be our reliable partner for many years to come.

The more a producer specializes on Adobe, the better and more targeted the content will be.

It should be something reasonable a single artist can reach after 15-20 years. Sort of a retirement incentive.

Thanks for the link - I didn't see email (and I did check my spam/junk folder). I completed the survey.

Can you elaborate on why Adobe is surveying contributors?

@Raul:
My wife and I both have our own AS account and neither got the email about this survey (not even in the spam folder), the communication in the account should be active.

Through the link (thanks for that) we were both able to participate.

I'll join Jo Ann here and also ask if we can know what the aim of the survey is :)

No email here either - might be worth spreading this link on the AS facebook groups etc as it seems a lot of people havent had it (not in spam, just not arrived).
