Well all I know is that since they effectively de-activated the Fotolia site my sales have crashed!  :-\

Mat please pay attention to the comments in this thread.

Also, it's a pain in the ass that you need to scroll down (for example until the keywords in the position 30+) to "up" some "relevant" keywords and it makes you go all the way up!!! and you have to scroll down again to "up" another keyword, and so on. I don't know if you understand what I said, but the pain is real

+1, we don't need a pop-up box that comes up when we click on edit keywords, a simple text box (like the one for title) is enough.

Please move the 'Save Work', 'Submit for Approval' and 'Submit' buttons into one logical ergonomical place.

Having these buttons in different corners of the screen is MADNESS!

This exists. Click the "paste keywords" link and you will be able to add keywords in one large box.

I like the way that I can up and down the keywords in the "extended" list but the problem is that if I "up" a keyword at the bottom the interface makes you go all the way up and you have to scroll down again to up another keyword.

I usually paste my keywords and then "up" the relevants but this problem happens... I don't know if you understand me

No you don't, I don't Firefox stays on last word and box for new word. Why do you have to go all the way up they are on top.

I've been using Chrome but you might be right. Gonna try Firefox to see if it's something related to the browser.

It's amazing to me how website 'designers' never actually try and use the page they have designed. Getting contributors to move the mouse and click all over the screen is just bad design.

Look at the new Adobe 'Insights' page. It's now 4 clicks just to see your Activity Statistics. It used to be one click.

Who at Adobe thought it best for us to see the 'Contributors of the Week' before our own statistics?

Bookmarks in your browser are your friend.

https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings

Mark it, now one click.

Is there a way to get to that from the normal Insights page?

Agree with all others here. I like Adobe stock, but the web page reminds me of Istock. Designed with no input or feedback from users.

Is there a trick to uploading videos on the Adobe site?  I just uploaded my first using the Adobe site instead of Fotolia, and I don't see them waiting for me to submit.  Although I do "All(5)" under the "new" tab.  Do they take time to process or something?

Ok, I now have the same problem. Cannot see the videos I uploaded. I uploaded files on the week-end and there was no delay.

I hope I can see them tomorrow.

They appeared two hours later.

I have few sales today but don't get "Content Sold" emails. Anybody else?

People spend time giving advises to agencies. Result - less and less suitable interface, the move in opposite direction. Do you remember how many clicks were needed before and after? FT vs Adobe? Common trend, not only in photostock business.

Yep, mine too, finally.

This can happen when the queue is backed up. Usually resolves itself within an hour or two. Thanks for your patience!

Unfortunately the same thing happens to me. I loved Fotolia and Instant. I sold a lot of photo and video over there ... Good times ... It was my favorite agency.
Photos taken with iphone and well treated in photoshop are almost all rejected nowadays.
Before it was not like this, almost all accepted and there were always visualizations.
The last month of February sales started to fall and March this horrible. My ranking has gotten a lot worse.
Maybe it's me that I'm not doing a good job.
However on other sites I did not feel the sales drop, only in Adobe. Who will know ...
I wish good sales to all ...

I hate to ask since you probably already checked. Spam Folder? Does your mail service dump them into Spam and you never see them? I had that happening for one site, and it was Yahoo Mail, who runs many, many, email services for providers, under the name of the Internet company.

For example I have Frontier and have an email address. It's really Yahoo. I have an AT&T account from work, it's actually Yahoo Mail. My old Prodigy email accounts are Yahoo.

Go look online, not your mail downloads, if you do it that way, check the Spam folder, because once the email service decides one message is spam, all of them get tagged and pushed into that bin.

Just an idea, good luck.

fotolia contributor site was not that good but it was better than adobe stock now.

There is a long wishlist (better dashboard, intern searchbar to find&edit the portfolio etc.) what should be done but nothing happen. like there is only a trainee responsible for the entire contributor site :-\

and no one is using the adobe stock forum, it s like dead.

You don't use yahoo mail by any chance?...I found I could only get notifications by using my  gmail account. I guess their system might not "like" your email provider.
