Author Topic: Cannot find payment status  (Read 3255 times)

I am trying to find my Fotolia payments list. Impossible, not only the last pending but even old "credit conversion" disappeared. 
Anyone has an idea where can I find it? BTW I am only on Fotolia and not on AS.

I use

Go to My Credits (left hand menu)
Select Filters (drop down box menu)
Deselect all options like "Purchased, used, offered" etc leaving "Converted" selection box ticked
The choose month instead of last 10 days (default option)

You can then click "See previous month" to see earlier months or just choose a different month

Ok, I see. I remember in the past Fotolia had easier way to check it.
