Already one week I don't get all email notifications for my sales! Few sales a day are without email notifications. I see sales at Contributor portal. I send ticket (contact) about this. Only me I see.

I prefer real time e-mail about a sale. I have open gmail all the time at home, and I see sale immediately without having to refresh page. Tjis once per day for previous day sucks.

I don't understand why every single MS site, insted of updating for the better, it always gets worse.

Hi Everyone,

I want to give you a heads up. Starting tomorrow, instead of sending email notifications for each sale you receive all day long, we will begin sending one email per day with the aggregate total of sales from the day prior.

Oh good, less binging notifications on the phone and less emails. Works for me. One a day. Now I wonder what time?  ;)

2. Will this time be consistent everyday?

Since your sanity is at stake, we will do our best to be consistent for you :)

 I'm told the emails are scheduled to go out during the morning hours based on the location of each contributor. The specific time will likely vary based on how many emails are in the queue to be sent.

Will the 'Activity' page still show sales in real time? Or will it only be updated once a day also?

At minimum then the default stats should be the current months total $$ and the # of downloads - not some other random time frame.

And get rid of the graph it's the most useless waste of space.

Bit disappointed with this as well.

Receiving an email telling me what I earned yesterday, which I already know from checking stats before heading to bed, isn't as useful as being told about sales as they happen. I guess it'll be something I'll just switch off as it's a little pointless, which I guess AS would be happy with as its a feature about reducing IT resources rather than being useful to contributors.

How do you turn off this needless email traffic Mat?  I'm not interested in seeing emails about sales

Heh, I was checking (refreshing) Fotolia site all day and it seemed like no sales, now I went to adobe and noticed on "Insights" page that I actually had sales. Seems like Fotolia site doesn't update no more about the sales.

I would prefer to see my daily downloads/incoming direct in the dashboard... and maybe the last 10 download... and of course still a searchbar for my own portfolio

Just got a notification in my Fotolia (yes, I still log in there) dashboard.  It's the daily sales notification.  (But I didn't receive an email yet.)

But, all it said was my overall total for the day prior, and it only listed my best seller.  It didn't specify how many I sold, or what they all were.

This isn't the way the notifications are going to be, I hope.

I'd like a daily total, AND a complete list of what sold and for how much.

Right?

The email says the same thing, "Yesterday you made" and the bestseller, nothing more. It is totally useless.

I see nothing wrong with one daily email, but the content is totally useless. I would rather see the breakdown of sales, not a total + bestseller. I want to know what files are selling, not only one best seller.

if it stays as it is now, we will see same image (all time best seller dont change every day, for longer contributors maybe ever) with only total earnings every day.

I would like to know thoughts of person who is giving advice to web developers who are doing things like that...

He is not contributors for sure.

And if we want to see images downloaded that day we need to log in, go to my statistic, then click activity, and choose time period.

:D :D

seems like they want to hide something from us, not show.

Sending daily mails can be good change to me, but we need to see total earnings AND each download for that day.

Very disappointed...
I'd prefer to have the option for real time sale reports in emails.

Also it was a mistake to decrease the functionality of Fotolia contributor interface as Adobe Stock's interface is seriously lacking in functionality an poorly designed.
Fotolia used to have the most pleasant contributor interface among all microstock sites.

On adobe stock i can't even find where can i see the last sales i had. Which should be the default view for contributors.
It's feels really bad to lose the Fotolia interface for this semi-functional beta site.

What i would prefer grouped together in one email are reports about file reviews.
But please, keep the one by one sales report emails!

I'm happy to be an Adobe Stock contributor. But, like others here, I'm disappointed that a respected high-tech company whose products we all use can't seem to get its act together when it comes to providing useful info to its contributors.

Receiving an email with my previous day's total royalty and "daily best seller" does me no good. I still have to log in to see the complete picture.

I don't think any stock agency produces much meaningful data to be honest.

You're right about that, and I sometimes wonder if the murkiness isn't intentional. Still, we do know that the old Fotolia site was better that what we've got now.

One thing I did not like about Fotolia was that we couldn't edit our own captions/descriptions once images were accepted there. Adobe fixed that, made it possible to do our own edits, which IMHO was a huge improvement. Beyond that, it's something of a dud.

Noonish again and yes, take us to Activity not best sellers please. I think pretty much everyone wants to see what's selling now recently.
