Title: Closed Account and No Payout
Post by: ScottishPhotographer on November 05, 2013, 12:30
I recently requested closure of my account with FT after confirming with them they can pay the outstanding balance (but with a $1 fee because its less than $50). I told them to go ahead and do this and I subsequently received an email notification that they had replied to my message and to log into my account to read it. I tried to log in but my account had already been deleted and they have not responded to my email.

Anyone else had a similar experience? Did you manage to get paid?

If you were told they would process your payment along with specific details regarding the $1 fee then I am sure you will be paid.

If you're gonna dump a site, get payout first, then delete.

I seem to remember Paul had a lot of trouble with them but still hard to imagine any company shafting someone for less than $50

opposite to others, my experience was good with fotolia though the spell was small about 1 year. When i decided to close my account with them, my account had balance of 2.5$ and as per their promiss, i got my 1.5$ after their reduction of 1$ lol so i believe, sooner or later you will get your money. :)
