Title: confused reviewers?
Post by: AlessandraRC on April 29, 2016, 09:15
This morning I got a number of acceptance/rejection notices from Fotolia concerning files that had been already processed.

 :-\

While my new files sit waiting for review.

I had that happen.  Check-- sometimes it is for files that were rejected and the 2nd notice is an approval/rejection for the free file section.

If you do not want your files in the for FREE section, it is very important to check each and every one because the default changes to yes quite often without us ever doing anything.  I wish thy would fix that.  If they are for free, about all you can do o prevent that is delete them.

I  had an image rejected  that showed a castle  far away in the background.  It was rejected  for international property  law even though they do have enough images of that castle on their website  and  even photos where only the castle can be seen.  I  called  them  and  was told that Adobe  is worried  about  getting  sued  and that all these old images will be removed from their website.

They work with a very confused review team (another company does it)

I just keep on REuploading videos that I know are good to go (property ok, model release, not similiar, etc..) until they accept them. It works most of the time, but it's a PITA :(

cheers
