Title: Converting credits
Post by: Noedelhap on October 06, 2016, 13:22
When I want to convert my credits, I can't withdraw the full amount specified on the contributor page. Say the amount of earned credits is €50.01, the Convert Credits page says I can convert a maximum of €50.00 Euro. It may be only 1 cent, but why is that?

It's always been that way you can only convert whole credits through Fotolia.
But through the Adobe side you can get the whole amount.
Don't know why - you just can.

My OCD also has a problem with this. But really I just want this done automatically at the end of each month.

Actually I just converted the whole amount on Fotolia...maybe because I'm synced with adobe?

I converted an amount with two decimals, so that's not the case. It's almost as if the system can't the number 0.00 in my account, so it has to leave that one cent.

I also synched with Adobe, perhaps I should try the new site for credit conversion next time. But if a Fotolia rep could shed some light on this issue, thanks.

Consider this one cent to be a coin in a fountain :)
