Hi, I have made some sales (not so much yet but promising)at Adobe Stock and although the money I earned is still showed on my portfolio page, there is no information on my sales anymore when I follow the arrow to my sales page. Also nothing when I go directly to my sales page. It even says:' you have no sales yet'. It is like this since yesterday and the worrying thing is that I can't find a contact email address. Anyone knows how to get in touch with them and/or having the same experience with lost sales?

Remember that Adobe Stock site is still in beta version; some functionalities still don't work.

If I go to my contributor page I can see the total number of sales and amount earned, but the page states "No sales yet" (in Italian).

Anyway Mat from Adobe disclosed his address and have been available for support, you can find info in this topic

Hi, Thanks. Good to know that it's not only me. The days before yesterday everything was allright, that's why I wondered what was wrong.

Did you look on Fotolia contributor page?
For what I have understood sales should be mirrored on both websites.

I left Fotolia years ago after they started pestering their contributors and have now only uploaded at Adobe Stock.

Ha,Yes I know but Fotolia didn't buy Adobe. Maybe it's a bit better. Anyway I try it for a while. Shutterstock is really not selling like it used to and this could also be because of this Adobe deal. So I'll see how it works out with a light scale portfolio
