I am having a heck of a time trying convert my credits to a payout at FT, I've searched all over but can't find the payout area? I am at payout level, of course I've searched all FT "help" areas and can't find directions. Any direction would be greatly appreciated :)

On the first screen you see when you log in, the dashboard screen. Under Statistics, credits, it says Convert My credits. Click on that.
OR, at the very top of the screen where it tells you how much you have earned, click on the little Convert word under the amount, then choose Credit Conversion.

I haven't been able to convert my credits either; never had a problem till now.  Every time I click on "Convert My Credits" it sends me to the Tax Center.  I've already filled out my W-9 form, in fact several times.  I'm wondering if Fotolia wants me to fill out yet another tax form?!  I checked my Profile page and I'm completely up to date.  I've sent in a Support Request Ticket but have yet to hear back from them.  It's very frustrating.  Anyone having similar experiences?

Thank you for your responses! I have never had this problem before and am also waiting for a response from support. Whenever I click on converting credits I'm sent to the tax forms which I have updated. There is no longer an option for converting to payment method. Ugh.

FYI, my tax form was just confirmed and i was able to request my payout right away.

So if you cant then something is wrong.

i have my tax form on file and am requesting (converting credits) for the 1st time.  it tells me i need to upload my ID in my contributor parameters when i navigate there i see my alias and my Social Security number entered and browse to upload my JPG license.  When i hit save it says gives me an error saying my SS# is invalid.
hmmmm...no
its the correct SS number and the same one i used on my tax form which is on file.
