I opted out DPC as soon as I uploaded my first image. Most of my earnings are either $.17 or $.20. Do they really punish contributors this much if we decide to opt out of DPC? FT is the lowest of all microstock websites at this rate.

They will sack you for criticising them or cut your rate if you sell on other sites they don't like (even though they are now selling lower than the other site). They will try to sell a site they own as a partner to get away with paying you partner rates. They will sell a percentage rate on sub sales as a massive increase when in fact it makes little to no difference. They will force European contributors to stay on the US site so they can pay the lower dollar rate. They will hide the DPC opt out button in your interface and not announce the site to their contributors so the majority probably don't even know where FL is selling their work or for how much. Would they punish you for opting out of DPC? What do you think?

Correct. They are probably in a tie with Deposit Photos for the most cheating, shady, ripoff agency out there. Run the other way!!!

You know how you have to sell 4 subs to get one credit towards next earnings level? That's pretty cheap, right? Did you also know that if you have a 100 credit sale they only give you 1 credit toward the next level? Pretty cheap, right?
