I already received my report at noon for today while the day is not over yet. I thought these emails should show earnings from previous day.
The emails always come at noon but last night I received another copy for sales from two days ago.
It is not that they are of any use, I already know my sales when the email comes but if they still send it, at least wait till the day is over.

I turned off email notifications they were un-necessary I just rely on the site stats.
To be honest the whole Adobe contributor interface is a dogs dinner and needs an overhaul.

A simple view of latest sales doesn't seem much to ask before a complete overhaul (which in recent experience of site's improvements means 50/50 chance it will get worse)

I understand now what is happening with the earning reports.
Ft ans AS being on different time zones, I can see a sale recorded on FT on the 20th and the same sale on the 21st on AS. This is really confusing, not just for the earnings report.
They should really synchronize these two sites somehow.

Has anyone experienced a discrepancy in term of earning of a particular download too? For instance, a download shown in the microstockr app is usd 0.69 cents but the earning report shown in email is usd 1.43. It happened quite often in my adobe account of late.

Who should you trust? An app or the adobe site.

I don’t use any app, but I found discrepancies on the Adobe site. I posted this in another topic:
I was looking at my statistics today. I had bookmarked a link to contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings. The images in the list don’t match the emails I get. The dates shown at that link go from jan 23 to today. I got a payout on 2/16/19 which would have zeroed out my account. If I enter from 2/16 to today to see what has sold since my last payout, the images have all different commission amounts than they did at the above link. So I have some idea of what I have made, but not an accurate accounting. If I download the csv and total commissions, it doesn’t match the amount that shows in my account on the adobe site. 🤬 Gosh I miss the fotolia site.
