I have tried everything possible online to sort and came here to PM MatHayward. It said the message was sent, but it doesn't yet show up in my 'sent messages' area.
Is there something I don't know please? I imagine Mat is still around - or is he not?

Mat appears still to be logging in here (you can check his profile). He has a new role at Adobe, so not sure if he'll be able to assist, but he has previously asked people to contact him via his Adobe email, not via messages here.
