In SS, contact by mail to communicate a comment, complaint, disagreement,..., is simple, accessible. The link to contact directly from the collaborator panel is easily found.

I would like to communicate with AS about a possible error in a rejection and about an accepted file, but in a virtual limbo, it is in my portfolio visible in the collaborator panel for some time, but it does not appear in the public portfolio.
