Am i right when i say that once the image is sold under this license,
i do not own any rights to the image anymore?

that is right. You cannot sell it again, or use it for advertising or anything.

I would put the price up mighty high if i were to sell this license.

Currently I have none of my images available for exclusive license.  I think phildate has sold a couple that way, he might be able to chip in with some advice.
