Hi, im new to fotolia and got bit confused about tax form submission. Can anyone tell me, is it compulsory to submit tax form in fotolia? and what are the withholding rates. Im from india and my withholding rate is 15%. What is actually mean? Can anyone help me please. Thanks in advance.
