Title: Fotolia Error Message when Submitting
Post by: tab62 on July 21, 2012, 16:38
Hi MSG Folks,

I am getting the following errors message- - Price is too low for licence Extended RF License, min price is 10 credits. Got -1.

A major pain in the &^% and you have do submit it twice before it takes- anyone else having issues?

Thanks.

Tom

Yeah, it's being (sorta) discussed in the other Fotolia thread and there is a thread on the site. Obviously they released new programming again without testing.

I was, now the form just isn't working at all and it's all over the screen. No category lists, keyword boxes all wrong.  Maybe they are working on it now?

and the bulk editing continues to be a mess

new bug today -- sent group of 10, all same category, no conceptual category - 4 submitted ok, other 6 come back with error:

>>>Some errors appear. Please check your form for details. Check the exclamation mark (!) for more information.

but there's NO exclamation pt anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

i suspect they're fixing bugs and releasing new versions without bothering to check whether the new fixes break something else  [last week there was an error if you just accepted the suggested EL - that was fixed but now we're getting -1 errors]

Also, be aware that the check boxes for Exclusive, Offering and XL license, and Sending to free section no longer stick!  You need to click each of them every time.  I now have a few exclusive images on FT that are not really exclusive.  Not sure what to do about that yet.

more than a month later & it's still broken -- the only reply from them was a brushoff saying the new features may not work with some browsers -- eg IE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  how can you release software that doesnt work with a huge portion of browsers???

meanwhile the indiv edit is STILL setting to exclusive & free as defaults! EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE CLAIMED  TO HAVE FIXED IT SEVERAL TIMES
