Author Topic: Not getting email notifications any more - Fotolia/Adobe  (Read 5266 times)

Add me to the list of people not receiving email notifications anymore, since the Adobe/Fotolia mirroring. I know some mentioned it in another thread, but I can't seem to find which thread that was. I checked my settings on both the Fotolia site and the Adobe site, and they are all checked.

Maybe you can try unchecking, then wait for a few minutes, and then recheck them? It's a little trick that can sometimes help with issues like this.

I sent them an email  on 23 September, but nothing new, just an automatic answer.

I know you probably did, but anyway, if you use gmail, check "Promotion" tab, I got them there at first, when I synced account....

I checked the promotions tab of my gmail account, but i dont use that gmail acct with adobe. i am not surprised that they arent there.

check your spam folder might be blocked. I get all mine fine since the change. From Adobe not FT. Also add the adobe from to your address book server site and they will not be blocked.

Mine have always come from Fotolia up until Friday. Got my first notification from Adobe yesterday.

Mine started 9/21 from [email protected] Adobe Stock, maybe it's one of those rolling changes or whatever that's called?

Cathy, check your mail at the server level. Some can block bulk mail or blacklist addresses before you see them. Look in spam folder there not just mail browser. Might be blocked.

Yeah, i went through all settings on both sites yesterday, unchecked, rechecked, saved, etc. and still nothing.  :(  I need to check my yahoo mail today, but i get the feeling its not a problem on my end, since others are having the same issue.

iam using yahoo too. I bet that yahoo is the problem.

For a second I thought Yahoo might be the problem. They got hacked and changed the way their mail works (I have had this email address for YEARS with no issues), so I keep getting messages saying I need to delete apps that aren't secure (I have all my emails coming into Outlook and check them all at once...yahoo is the only problem.) But it sounds like others not using yahoo are having issues, too. I notice other problems going on since the whole dual adobe/fotolia dashboard thing was set up, so I am guessing lots of bugs there.  ::)
