Apologies Leaf for previous post which came out with very strange fonts (unreadable).

FT has been unnaturally slow during march, especially during the last two weeks, for me. But I'm looking at the ranks (total and 7 days) and they seem to point a general slowdown? Also, I can't seem to access the site  consistently over the past week.

Anyone notice anything similar?

Lina

I have seen just the opposite. I am having a great month at Fotolia. They are beating SS so far this month. That is the first time that has happened! I seem to be getting lots of very large sales, more than in other months.
The site is working smoothly here in the UK.

I have to echo Clivia exactly. Ever since I started doing the first 7 keywords correctly,
I have had a run on the last 400 images I uploaded in the last 2 months. I used to make
about from $35 to $45 a month. I am now breaking the $100 barrier on FT for the last two months.

It looks as though March will fall right in line as I currently have $82 in my account for March with 11 days to go yet in the month.

Same here, I sold 2 XS-licenses yesterday which brought my 7-days-rank up from 860-something to 730-something...

My March total looks very good so far, but only because some nice guy or girl decided to by 12 XL-licenses in a single sweep - definitely something that does not happen each month  :D

Long Easter weekend in Europe, so that will slow things down a bit.

Fantastic month at FT!!!  I've already surpassed my BME set in October, and I'm on target to break the previous record by 34%.

I noticed a slight downfall in sales on all sites I am selling at, but only relative. Absolute, march  sales are a little better thant february, but I have about 15% more images, and only 5% increase in sales. So I guess it is a little slower comparing to number of images, but if we look at absolute numbers, than no, march sahould BME so far. :)

Thanks for your feedback.

I checked views as well and they are half about what they were in Feb and previous months. Dld numbers are about at Aug 2007 when my portfolio was half the size ???

They seem right on track for me.  They were running about even with Feb, but expect every place will be slow for the rest of the month as buyers take their Spring Breaks.

march has been a fairly good month but as you say today it is dead silent not even a single sale.I wonder if it is because of easter holidays.because past few days all other sites was slow as well

I'm sure it is related to Easter.  All sites seem to be a bit slow.  Many people take the week after Easter for Spring Break.  And here in Florida (and possibly elsewhere) it is the following week, so I pretty much expect the rest of march to be sluggish.

Although I would LOVE to be pleasantly surprised :)

The words "Ebb and Flow" ring in my ears everytime I read posts like this one.

I'm not sure about the ebb and flow; its more like monsoon rains and droughts  :)

Make that a 39% increase over my October BME.  :-)  This month has been awesome at Fotolia.  Been seeing a lot more 3 and 4 credit sales than usual...so much so that I would still have a BME without my two EL sales.  Those are just icing on the cake!

May it happen to me again soon.....

FT has consistently been a lame duck for me, but today I've matched January $ with way less sales... so I'm a couple $ short of a best $ month excluding a rare month in 07 with several EL's.

It is very nice to look at the past 12 months and the average $ per sale has risen quite a bit.  (Last March my average was $.43 per sale, and this month so far it is $.97).

On a small but growing portfolio there (41 images) I am at a new BME for both # of sales and revenue for the month of March with 5 more days in the month to go :)

I sold only one photo there, 2 times. I have almost the same portfolio on Dreamstime, but there I earned 12,5$ in two weeks. I have even 4 times more sold on 123rf
